Wine Spectator (August 2012) describes Leonildo Pieropan's Recioto di Soave Le Colombare 2007 using these words:
"...Exotic accents of ground giger, cardamom, elderflower and chamomile add subtle complexity to this off-dry, mouthwatering Recioto, whose vibrant acidity is finely knit with baked peach, candied tangerine and pink grapefruit zest flavors, which gain momentum and echo on the smoky finish... "
