
The food magazine Gestgjafinn, famous all over Iceland for its reviews, describes the wine Ruberpan 2009 as follows: " in the nose it is very fresh and fragrant, especially charming where cherries, minerality and elegant use of oak are most noticeable. The wine is very firm for a Valpolicella, with good acidity, fruit and very fine tannin which still have time to develop. This wine goes well with food like birds and many other italian dishes as well as other meat. Beautiful wine.
Our opinion: Beautiful Valpolicella, very fragrant and full of fruit - to enjoy on it's own or with most italian dishes."
