From grapes grown on hillside vineyards of the Soave Classico subappellation 90% Garganega, 10% Trebbiano di Soave), the hear of the Soave DOC.
The soil is clayey-basaltic and volcanic in origin, conducive to a fine white wine, brilliant straw yellow with greenish huesin color.
The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms, cherry blossoms and lilies of the valley. Complex on the palate, it has excellent structure and good acidity, soft texture, sapid and balanced.
