In 2000 in Cellore d’Illasi, the production area of Valpolicella and Amarone, the Pieropan family bought an uncultivated land on Monte Garzon at 500 meters a.s.l. and transformed it into a vineyard. The organic farming that we have adopted is important to protect the ecosystem in total respect of the plant life and microfauna.

The ambitious project to create "their" red wines was an idea of Leonildo to include in the company his sons Andrea and Dario that were at the end of their studies in agriculture and oenology and ready to express their creativity.

The site of the new red wines was built in an ancient 18th century residence in Tregnago of Verona: Villa Cipolla Pellegrini.

An aging cellar was built under the property's orchard for the maturation of Amarone wine.

Even the Villa is enhanced by a careful restoration and it is now a welcoming place to stay: in the six rooms you can enjoy a pleasant experience of knowledge and well-being.
